I studied physics at the University of Guanajuato and completed my master's degree with a thesis on the design and simulation of a small solid chamber prototype for photon detection. I spent a summer in DESY as a summer student, where I worked on particle acceleration simulations.
I'm mainly interested in neutrino physics and dark matter searches with cryogenic liquid detectors; I enjoy understanding nature's fascinating properties through the design of detection instruments.
Besides physics I enjoy music, literature, running and spending time with my family.
