Abstract
In this talk I will introduce our framework for the computation of gravitational wave observables. We model the scattering of massive compact objects using worldlines within an effective field theory (EFT) framework. The state-of-the-art computations in a Post-Minkowskian (PM) expansion borrow many (computational) tools from collider physics.
Together with the boundary-to-bound (B2B) dictionary we are able to produce high-precision analytical data for semi-analytical waveform models required for next-generation gravitational wave observatories. In particular, I will spend some time explaining our approach to include the correct non-local-in-time contributions on the bound side of the dictionary.
