New library file format

This is only relevant if you installed the version HypExp-1.0 (08-JULY-2005)

In order to be able to use the package under Windows, we had to change the format of the library files. This has no consequences for the libraries that are already installed. It only matters if you want to install libraries in the new format ( lib*.tar.gz) instead of ( lib*.hel.gz).

To install the lib*.tar.gz libraries, you need the version (13-JULY-2005) or a later version. See this page for information on how to upgrade.
