Introduction to quantum field theory (QFT), including:

  • Elements of Classical Field Theory
  • Relativistic Quantum Mechanics
  • Quantization of the Scalar Field
  • Quantization of the Dirac Field
  • Quantization of the Electromagnetic Field
  • Interacting fields, Feynman diagrams, the S matrix
  • Quantum Electrodynamics (QED)
  • Renormalization in QED
